Atanas Bozhilov: The audience awaits a spectacle in SENSHI 23, and I will live up to all expectations!

Fans of martial arts are in eager anticipation as we are just two weeks away from the new SENSHI 23 International Gala Fight Night. Among the Bulgarian participants in the event is Atanas Bozhilov – a real fighting machine with 19 wins in the ring on the fight circuit from his 21 appearances.

“I hope to show again what I am capable of and to delight the Bulgarian public with another victory. Expectations for me are always high; the audience expects me to show a spectacle, but there is still a dose of worry,” he said in an interview for the “Bulgaria in the Morning” TV program.

He said the preparation and training process ahead of the big fight against Spanish fighter Jaiteh Ndow Bubu is going according to plan, and fortunately, there are no injuries. Bozhilov believes that the key to victory in the ring is to switch off everything around him, concentrate fully on the match, listen only to the coach, look the opponent straight in the eye, and not be distracted even for a second. Trust in the coach should be first and foremost in the sport because he is the person who is tightly behind every fighter.

September 7 will be a memorable day when all the spectators on the beach in Varna, Bulgaria, will see live exceptional clashes and demonstrations of fighting skills by rising fighters. Tickets for the professional gala evening are on sale on Eventim.bg network.

SENSHI is one of the best organizations. This attitude towards athletes is perhaps not found anywhere in the whole world. I recently went to Japan and want to tell you that SENSHI is a class above them”, emphasizing the 19-time winner of the SENSHI ring on Bulgaria ON AIR TV. Atanas Bozhilov is adamant that the losses motivate him to train even harder and plans to delight the audience with his 20th-anniversary victory.
