Just days before the international fight gala SENSHI 32, Albanian kickboxer Francesko Xhaja revealed his major ambitions within the organization in an interview with FSI247. Speaking to the specialized combat sports media outlet, he discussed his upcoming bout against England's Nathan Cook, his development as a fighter, and his ambition to reach the SENSHI Grand Prix in December.

"I would like SENSHI to take me higher and higher, just as it is already doing, with the tournament in December as my goal for 2026," Xhaja told FSI247.

On July 11th, he will face Nathan Cook at the open-air beach arena in St. St. Constantine and Helena resort near Varna, Bulgaria. Although he describes the Englishman as a good opponent, Xhaja is adamant that everything should be decided inside the ring.

"He's a good opponent. I don't know much else about him, but we'll find out in the ring," the Albanian fighter said.

In his interview with FSI247, Xhaja also shared that the atmosphere at SENSHI is what keeps bringing him back to Varna. However, regardless of whether he is competing in Bulgaria for the first time or returning once again, he approaches every appearance as a fresh beginning.

"Every time I step into the ring, it's a story yet to be written."

Xhaja, who has built his career between Italy and the Netherlands, also revealed that his preparation for SENSHI 32 has focused on refining every aspect of his game, while his greatest desire is to deliver powerful emotions to the fans.
