Delyan Georgiev won the first Bulgarian victory at SENSHI 17

Delyan Georgiev got to an unanimous decision victory against Luis Gustavo in order to start the night at SENHI 17 for Bulgarian fighters on a high.

But it didn’t got that easy because in the first round he nearly got chocked after a successful takedown with his head ending up in Gustavo’s hands. Luckily for him the KWU Open rules give fighters only 30 seconds on the ground and Georgiev survived them. Shihan Semmy Schilt ordered them back on their feet and that was the key for the turnaround.

Delyan continued with more caution while performing his takedowns and that won him this 68 kg. bout with the Brazilian.
