The international fight gala SENSHI 32 Grand Prix will take place on July 11 at the beach arena in the resort of St. St. Constantine and Helena, Varna, Bulgaria. The professional combat event will feature 16 fighters from 12 countries, while the Grand Prix tournament will determine the champion of the up-to-85 kg division.

Kickboxing sensation Zhulien Rikov will step into the ring for a spectacular clash. In February, he captured the prestigious SENSHI Grand Prix title in the up-to-75 kg division.

"The preparation has been tough, as always, and I am ready to perform at my best on July 11. I am doing two intense training sessions a day. My coach and I have built a strategy. Before every fight, we analyze our opponent, studying their strengths and weaknesses and identifying where we can gain the advantage," Julien Rikov explained during an appearance on the morning television show Bulgaria Morning.

He emphasized that every fight brings more experience and greater confidence after each victory. The young athlete is adamant that he always enters the ring with one goal—to win. He is regarded as one of the most promising names in combat sports today.

"I have proven myself many times, and I will continue to do so. There is definitely some underestimation from my opponents because of my young age, but that only works in my favor," Rikov told the viewers of Bulgaria ON AIR.

He has been training in kickboxing for seven years, having previously practiced other combat sports. He firmly believes that success comes when you dedicate your life to the sport. One of his biggest motivations in the ring is making his parents proud, as they have always supported his professional career.

"I like to be versatile and not rely on just one weapon. Sometimes the tactics require you to take a step back, allowing your opponent to gain confidence and tire himself out," the athlete said.

Over the years, he has learned how important it is to listen to his coach during fights, as his coach often has a better view of the situation unfolding inside the ring. Focused on securing his next victory at SENSHI 32 and fully aware of his capabilities, Julien Rikov does not want to imitate anyone—he wants to become an example for others to follow.

The full interview with the Bulgarian fighter Zhulien Rikov is available on the Bulgaria ON AIR website.
