Samed Agdeve: “There’s no giving up – I was born to fight”

At just 21 years old, Samed “The King” Agdeve has already packed over a decade of training, countless sparring sessions, and hard-won victories into his young career. With 12 years of martial arts experience, the aggressive, orthodox-style fighter brings both power and precision into the ring—fueled by a mindset that leaves no room for doubt. Inspired by greats like Gökhan Saki and Mike Tyson, Agdeve’s mission is clear: to earn respect, deliver knockouts, and claim the championships he believes are already his.

As he prepares for his upcoming appearance at SENSHI, Agdeve remains focused and unfazed by pressure. With a strict training routine and unwavering mental strength, he’s confident the fans — and his heavyweight rival Giannis Stoforidis — will witness something unforgettable.

What first inspired you to become a fighter?

Watching Gökhan Saki’s fights growing up had a huge impact on me. That’s when I knew I wanted to fight.

How would you describe your fighting style?

Aggressive and orthodox. I don’t hold back—when I step in, I come to finish.

What does a typical training day look like for you?

Mornings start with running and fitness. Evenings are for technical work, pads, and sparring.

What’s your most memorable fight so far?

One where I was knocked down three times—but I came back and won by knockout. That’s who I am.

How do you deal with tough times?

I train. Kickboxing is my therapy—it’s what keeps me grounded and motivated.

Do you have a pre-fight ritual?

Yes. I take a quiet moment to reflect on all the challenges I’ve overcome to get to that point.

What can fans expect from you in your next fight?

A knockout—when no one expects it. My coaches and I have a plan, and we’re ready.

Do you have a message for your fans?

Yes. Samed Agdeve is coming to take the championships he owns.
