Semmy Schilt and Ernesto Hoost will lead the 4th SENSHI Invitational Camp

From March 18 to 22, 2026, the fourth SENSHI Invitational Training Camp will take place in Varna, Bulgaria, bringing together elite fighters from the heavier 80–95 kg divisions. The event is part of the global initiative of SENSHI to organize regular professional camps for top fighters, aimed at developing competitors from various weight categories.

The training sessions will be led by two of the greatest legends in world kickboxing – shihan Semmy Schilt and Ernesto Hoost. The Dutch martial arts icon Schilt is a four-time K-1 World Grand Prix champion and one of the most dominant fighters in heavyweight history, renowned for his exceptional technique and strategic fighting style. His compatriot Ernesto Hoost, known as “Mr. Perfect,” is also a four-time K-1 World Grand Prix champion and is widely regarded as one of the most technical and successful kickboxers of all time. The two legends will share their extensive experience through intensive training sessions, demonstrations, and professional guidance for the participants.

The international training camp offers a rare opportunity for fighters from different countries to train together, refine their techniques, and exchange experience at a highly professional level. The SENSHI Invitational Camp includes promising young fighters who are eager to further develop their skills and take the next step in their professional careers.

In addition to intensive training and sparring with leading fighters, the program will feature discussions dedicated to the training process, physical and psychological preparation, as well as other key elements related to the development of athletes in modern combat sports. Participation in the camps is mainly by personal invitation, ensuring a high sporting level and effective collaboration between fighters and coaches.

SENSHI also plans a limited heavyweight training camp in April, continuing the initiative for year-round preparation of elite fighters ready to face any challenge.

During the months when the SENSHI Grand Prix events are held — May, July, September, and December — an even wider circle of active fighters has the opportunity to train with SENSHI legends and exchange experience with medalists from both amateur and professional competitions. Through training camps of various scale and other initiatives, SENSHI continues its mission to unite leading figures in combat sports and support the development of the next generation of champions.
