Konstantin Stoykov made his first appearance on Sportal Fight Club just two weeks before his bout with Brazilian fighter De Freitas, which will be part of the 28th edition of the international fight organization SENSHI.
The 21-year-old athlete will be looking for his third consecutive victory in the SENSHI ring. The combat gala evening in Varna, Bulgaria will present for the first time in the country a new and intriguing format for combat sports fans – a Grand Prix tournament in the heavyweight category 95+ kg. Tickets for the event are available at Eventim.bg.
In the studio of the sports media, he firmly stated that he always fights for the win, no matter who stands across from him. The 11-time Bulgarian kickboxing champion added that he has never liked losing or being defeated, and that was one of the reasons he first stepped into the gym of Dream Varna — the club where his journey in combat sports began and where he continues to train to this day.
Speaking about his upcoming tenth professional fight, Stoykov shared that he is more disciplined than ever and approaches both his training methods and recovery process with great professionalism. He is determined not only to win his fight on September 13, but also to earn the applause of the fans and secure his next invitation to compete at a SENSHI event.
“For me personally, SENSHI is one of the best promotions in Europe. It has really been growing a lot lately, and I aim to deliver better and better performances in the ring, to dominate, and to prove myself among the few selected Bulgarian fighters.”
The fighter made it clear that he is ready for any challenges, even potential clashes against other Bulgarian athletes competing in the 77 kg division. Watch the full interview with the talented kickboxer from Varna Konstantin Stoykov on Sportal.bg.
