Nidal Bchiri lost his fight against Giannis Stoforidis at SENSHI 24 via technical knockout when he was floored three times in one round. The reason according to him is the fact that the Greek fighter is a south paw.
“He surprised me with his right kick to my back leg. He hit me twice there and I started feeling it. I tried to counter him with the same calf kicks but I am not used to fight south paws and you saw the result. I took the middle kicks well but those low kicks wore tough. After all we are heavyweights and all shots hurt“, said Bchiri for Boec after the bout.
Stoforidis is one of the best fighters in the division and he proved it once again against a skilled and experienced fighter.
