Teodor Hristov before SENSHI 16: I am going against one of my hardest opponents

The professional fight gala SENSHI 16 is being held on May 13th from 6:30 PM in the Palace of culture and sports in Varna, Bulgaria. Once again the event is offering combat sports fans an epic night with fighters from 15 countries who are going to give them another dose of adrenaline. One of them is going to be Teodor Hristov. He is 22 years old but already has allot of championship belts to his name.

I am training on 100% in the gym, I don’t have any injuries and everything is ok. My hopes are that I can give my best in the ring because I’m spending 3-4 hours a day in training“, said Hristov.

He got hooked up on combat sports as a little child. He will never forger his first win when he was 9 year old.

It gave me allot of emotions. I’ve tired different sports but nothing touched me liked that. That feeling from my first win gave me a kind of joy that I still want to feel it to date“, added Hristov before Bulgaria ON AIR.

The fighter from Varna is truing to scout his opponent for SENSHI 16 in order to get to the victory.

He is one of my hardest opponents up to now. His level is high and his is very strong. I will do whatever it takes for the win. I am not the standard fighter and that’s my strength“, shared the young fighter.

Hristov added that the crowd can motivate an athlete but also can distract him.

In my last fight I got distracted from the audience, from the chants and started to make mistakes. Combat sports teaches discipline and self defense. Young people should be motivated and persistent in chasing their dreams to the end“, he added.
